The Joker has come to play a vengeful hand on the city. He's mean, green (haired) and never serious. The kind of non-serious character that'll spike your soda, leave banana peels in your hallway and rob a bank. He's pretty devious and makes for a great baked potato. Well, he is Mr. Potato Head in costume. Or perhaps, Mr. Potato Head was the Joker all along and this was all part of his plan. Someone strike up the Bat signal, we're gonna need it!
